We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Platform

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Platform.

Subscription Policy

We offer subscriptions to users, but we do not charge automatically. Subscriptions are processed manually by opening a ticket on our KreiosLabs Discord server.

Account Prohibition

You are prohibited from selling or transferring your account to others. Additionally, you may not subscribe for one account and use it for the purposes of a group account.

Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

We do not serve as a signal or provide financial advice. Therefore, we are not liable for any loss that may occur during the period of your use of our app.
